Once an order is placed, you will receive a copy for your records (or to double-check the accuracy of your order and make any changes, if necessary).
We ship your order usually within 48 hours. If you have ordered in error, please email or call us as soon as possible. If there is any delay on our end, we will let you know. Orders are shipped out of Ventura, California, usually via USPS Priority Mail.
Customers also receive an email with tracking information and estimated delivery date.
Our shipping charges within the Continental United States are as follows:
- One item: $6.95 shipping & handling
- Two items: $9.95 shipping and handling.
- Three or more items: $12.95 shipping and handling.
- Total order over $75.00: FREE SHIPPING.
We cannot accept returns on opened fragrance or other personal care products. If you are dissatisfied with another of our products, please contact us to discuss the issue. Customers pay all shipping charges. Once you receive approval for a return, you may ship it at your expense to the address below. We will issue a return to your PayPal account or credit card, deducting a re-stocking fee of 15%.
